Refund and Returns Policy

Dear customers,

Should you detect any defects in the delivered Handmade Faux Flower compositions that were not stipulated, you have the following options:

1. Request a replacement with a similar Handmade Faux Flower arrangement of equivalent value.
2. Request a replacement with a Handmade Faux Flower arrangement of a different value, with a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price.
3. Claim a proportional decrease in the purchase price of the Handmade Faux Flower arrangement.
4. Demand the gratuitous elimination of defects in the Handmade Faux Flower arrangement or reimbursement of expenses for their correction by you or a third party.
5. Refuse to fulfill the contract of sale and demand the return of the amount paid for the Handmade Faux Flower arrangement. At our request and at our expense, you must return the Handmade Faux Flower arrangement with defects.

We hold liability for the defects of the Handmade Faux Flower arrangement if you have made these claims before the Handmade Faux Flower arrangement was placed at your disposal.

If you find any defects in the Handmade Faux Flower arrangement and demand a replacement, we will replace the Handmade Faux Flower arrangement within two days of your claim.

If the Handmade Faux Flower arrangement of inadequate quality is replaced with a similar one, the price is not recalculated.

Should the price of the Handmade Faux Flower arrangement to be replaced be lower than the price of the replacement arrangement, you must pay the price difference; if the price of the Handmade Faux Flower arrangement to be replaced is higher than the price of the replacement arrangement, the difference in prices will be paid to you. The price of the Handmade Faux Flower arrangement to be replaced is determined at the time of replacement.

If you make a claim for a proportional reduction in the purchase price of the Handmade Faux Flower arrangements, the price of the Handmade Faux Flower arrangement at the time you make the claim for a price reduction will be taken into account.

Your claims for a proportional reduction of the purchase price of the Handmade Faux Flower arrangement, reimbursement of the costs of correcting defects in the Handmade Faux Flower arrangement by you or a third party, return of the money paid for the Handmade Faux Flower arrangement are subject to satisfaction within 10 (ten) days from the date of filing the corresponding claim.
