Should you detect any defects in the delivered Handmade Faux Flower compositions that were not stipulated, you have the following options:

1. Request a replacement with a similar Handmade Faux Flower arrangement of equivalent value.
2. Request a replacement with a Handmade Faux Flower arrangement of a different value, with a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price.
3. Claim a proportional decrease in the purchase price of the Handmade Faux Flower arrangement.
4. Demand the gratuitous elimination of defects in the Handmade Faux Flower arrangement or reimbursement of expenses for their correction by you or a third party.

Your claims for a proportional reduction of the purchase price of the Handmade Faux Flower arrangement, reimbursement of the costs of correcting defects in the Handmade Faux Flower arrangement by you or a third party, return of the money paid for the Handmade Faux Flower arrangement are subject to satisfaction within 10 (ten) days from the date of filing the corresponding claim.
