HOW TO ORDER FAUX FLOWERS DELIVERY?

Ordering from our website is simple. First, select a bouquet or composition of faux flowers, which can be complemented with a great gift. Add the selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Next, fill in the information about the sender and the recipient, and choose your preferred payment method.

You can also place your order by phone or through our online consultant. Our specialists are available to assist you with any questions you may have.

How do I know if my order has been delivered?

As soon as the courier delivers the faux flowers to the recipient, you will receive an SMS and an email confirming the delivery.

Is anonymous delivery possible?

Yes, all bouquets are delivered anonymously. If you want the recipient to know who the gift is from, please include your name on the card or the complimentary note when placing your order.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at +(626) 838-2867. We will process your cancellation request provided it is received before the goods have been dispatched.

Does the product match the image on the site?

All images on our site are photos of our florists' work. While there may be partial replacements of elements in a bouquet, the overall composition and appearance will remain the same. If significant changes are necessary, we will contact you to discuss the options.

Is it possible to order a custom bouquet that is not on the site?

Yes, of course! Please send us your requirements or a photo of the desired bouquet, and our florists will create a similar or even better arrangement.

Can I see a photo of my order before delivery?

Yes, you can request a photo of your order before it is delivered. Mention this in the comments section of your order or inform the operator when placing your order.

Can I attach a note to the bouquet?

Yes, you can attach a note for free. Simply write your message in the comments section of your order, and we will include it with the bouquet.

I want a surprise delivery, but I'm not sure if the recipient will be there. What should I do?

For surprise deliveries, it is advisable to provide the recipient's phone number. We will contact them to arrange a convenient delivery time without revealing the nature of the delivery. Please note, if the recipient is not present at the agreed delivery time and location, additional charges may apply for repeat delivery or delivery to a different address.
